1. Minimum attendance required to appear in the Annual Examination

The minimum attendance i.e 75% of total attendance of an academic session is necessary to appear in Annual Examination. A child having attendance less than 75% will not be allowed to appear in the Annual Examination.

2. The final assessment of the pupil for promotion at the end of the academic year shall be based on his/her performance in the two Terminal Tests and the regular work done by the student throughout the year according to Continuous Comprehensive Evaluation pattern introduced by the CBSE.

3. Primary Wing:- The assessment pattern at the primary and middle level will be on the basis of the Continuous Comprehensive Assessment (CCE) pattern introduced by the CBSE. The assessment would encompass all areas of development i.e. academics based on concept and application , artistic skills and creativity , sports , values and attitudes. The board has recommended a five pointer grade for the primary wing.

4. Class VI to Class VIII

The focus would be on identifying the talents of the young learner and empower him with positive inputs.
The CCE would spread over the whole session and facilitate holistic learning.
The academic performance of the child in Scholastic areas would be adjudged as follows:
  A. Formative Grade : F1+F2+F3+F4=Grade
  B. Summative Grade:S1+S2=Grade
Overall Grade = FA1 (10%) + FA2 (10%)+(FA3(10%)+FA4(10%)+SA1(20%)+SA2(40%) Twp formative assessment tests will be conducted in each term, April to September and October to March respectively. One Summative Assessment each in September and March respectively. The grades given would be as follows:
