St. Andrews Scots School

At St. Andrews scots school, we have made the admission process as simple as possible to ensure that all the parents enjoy a stress free admission experience. Admission form can be filled and submitted online or can be collected from school reception.

Eligibility

Age

The children who have completed three years of age as on 31 March, are eligible for admission in Nursery.

Registration

Registration forms shall be available at the fee counter of the school on all the working days from 1st week of November or can be filled online also.

Procedure / Instructions

1. Registration form should be duly filled up and submitted to the school reception between 8:30 am to 1:30 pm on all working days within 10 days or can be filled online also.
2. Personal interaction between management, children and parents is an integral part of our admission procedure.
3. The management reserves the absolute right of the child’s admission to the school. The school also reserves the right to reject the Registration form with either incomplete and / or forged documents.
4. Only one admission form will be issued per candidate.

Parents are required to take the printout of the form. Fill it completely and submit it at the school reception.

Offline admission procedure

The parents are requested to visit the school reception to fill the admission form and submit the documents. Or Alternatively, download the admission form ‘Online from our website’ under admission section. Take a print out of the same, fill in the details and submit the hard copy of the completed form at the school reception.

Documents required at the time of admission :-

Birth certificate (issued by the corporation municipality)
Transfer certificate from the school last attended (Not applicable for Nursery)
In addition to these certificates you are requested to bring.
- Two recent passport size photographs of the child.
- Two passport size photographs of both the parents. Self attested copy of :-
  - Voter – I-card (EPIC) of any of the parents.
  - Adhaar card/ UID issued in the name of any of the parents.
  - Original Marksheet of the previous class (Not applicable for class Nursery)
